Our Refund Policy

1. Contact us within 10 business days of the original purchase date to receive authorisation. At this stage you will be given a reference number which should be quoted in all future correspondence regarding this refund.
   
   Due to royalty considerations all high-resolution image purchases are considered final 10 business days from the original invoice date.
   
   
2. To comply with our terms and conditions of purchase you are obliged to destroy the CD immediately once your cancellation request has been granted by MPL and you have been given the above mentioned reference number. By purchasing the licence to use an image from MPL you are bound by our terms and conditions.
   
   
3. We will then make the refund payment via the same method as your original purchase. A confirmation will be sent to you once the refund has been processed.
   
   Please note that image licences purchased by credit or debit card will be subject to a cancellation fee of £25.00. This will be deducted from the refund due.
   
   Please do not return CDs if you have cancelled the use of an image.
